Welcome to the Thomson-McDuffie Chamber of Commerce! On behalf of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, I’d like to express to you that your membership is greatly appreciated.  We thank you for helping us commit to our mission of promoting business prosperity and a healthy community by providing information, services, and advocacy for YOU, our members.

It is a great honor to be the Chairman of this Board. This organization has a proven track record of helping businesses in our area connect, grow, and succeed, and I hope that with my leadership, we will continue to do so.

Business owners always ask, “why should I join the Chamber?” There’s a very simple answer.

Your membership with the Chamber gives you a voice. ADVOCACY is our foundation. There is power in the collective, and with the contributions from our membership as a whole, the Chamber is able to advocate on your behalf regarding issues that concern your business, and livelihood, the most. Our Board and Staff are pro-business, and we are active in our local and state governments advocating for you.

Your membership also gives you INFORMATION. Whether it is a topic discussed at a networking event such as our “Business After Hours” or an email blast concerning a House Bill from the Capitol, information is constantly at your fingertips, and the Chamber understands that accurate and timely information is how we equip our members to make the best decisions for their businesses.

Lastly, your membership gives you access to our programs and SERVICES. Our program of work is robust and year round. From our “Business Builders Breakfasts” to our “Shop Local” initiatives, we provide you with the education to further your business and with the marketing opportunities to help your business prosper. There is a program for everyone.
